Guest Ratings & Reviews
My stay at the hotel was amazing! The location was really good for reaching the Eiffel Tower, and the room was superb. However, it overlooked a side-street with very noisy early morning dustbin lorries.
My stay at the hotel was incredible. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated with heart-shaped petals on the bed, offering a stunning view. The service felt truly Parisian, warm, polite, and efficient. The location was perfect, just a 5-minute walk to Champs Elyssee, and very convenient next to the Arc of Triumph and a metro station. The dining experience in the main dining room was excellent, although a bit pricey. Overall, a fantastic stay with some minor drawbacks.
I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were excellent, although they got a little warm at night, and the location was amazing, making it really easy to reach the Eiffel Tower. The bed was very comfortable. The service was outstanding, especially the concierge and bar staff who went above and beyond by putting fresh pastries on the table. The hotel's location, just 10 steps from the metro station and close to the Arc de Triomphe, was perfect. The dining experience, including both a la carte and buffet options, was a lavish affair. Overall, a great value for money with exceptional amenities and service.
Upon check-in, I was delighted by the lovely atmosphere of the hotel. The rooms, although not quite up to five-star standards, had the most comfortable beds ever, and the presence of antiques added to the charm of the place. The service, while generally amazing and professional, hit a snag when they announced their closing time and refused our request for just one drink. The location couldn't be better, being just steps away from the Arc de Triomphe and Champs Elysees. As for the dining experience, it was announced as included but didn't quite meet expectations. Overall, a great stay with a few hiccups.
I couldn't resist the amazing terrace overlooking the hotel; it's so chic! However, the room was not available upon our arrival, which was a bit of a letdown. Nonetheless, the rooms could do with some attention to detail.
The hotel offers a mix of luxury and neglect with its spacious rooms but a need for redecoration. The service staff goes above and beyond but lacks proper management direction. The magical location near key landmarks is outstanding, yet some dining experiences leave much to be desired.
